Established on April 22, 1981, Shri Halasidhanath co-op. Sugar Factory Ltd;(Multi-State), Karnataka, started as a 1250 TCD sugar factory. Upgraded to 3500 TCD in 2017-2018, HSSKL has been a hub of innovation. The cooperative mill, with a 15 MW co-generation plant, is now advancing into ethanol production under the central government's EBP scheme.
