Additionally, we ensure a clean and safe supply of drinking water for both our laborers and their loyal animal companions.

The health and education of our workers and their children are of paramount importance. To address this, we have set up a clinic on-site to provide immediate medical attention for minor ailments experienced by our laborers and their children. In addition, we have established an open school within our factory premises, ensuring access to education for the children of our dedicated workers.

We take the safety and security of our laborers seriously. We have introduced a comprehensive insurance scheme for Harvesting and Transport (H&T) workers, offering coverage for accidents and dispensary expenditures incurred during sugarcane harvesting. In the unfortunate event of a worker's demise, we provide an insurance claim of up to Rs. 1.00 lakh to support their family during difficult times.

We understand the significant role animals play in sugarcane harvesting. In recognition of this, we offer insurance coverage to compensate animal owners in case of injury to their animals due to an accident. Additionally, we provide up to Rs. 30,000 as compensation in the event of an animal's unfortunate demise.

We collaborate with government veterinary doctors to ensure the well-being of the animals used in sugarcane harvesting. Every year, we facilitate the administration of preventive vaccinations against foot and mouth diseases. This proactive measure contributes to the overall health and longevity of the animals.
